2. Register as a supplier

If you are interested in working with us, you will need to register as a supplier on Jaggaer.

We will then assess your information to confirm it meets our registration criteria.

3. Apply for tenders

Once you have created a Jaggaer account and it has been assessed, you will be able to apply for any relevant live tenders.

View our current tenders to find out if we are looking for goods or services you could provide.

4. We choose a supplier

We then assess the different bids and decide who is the right supplier for the work.

Make sure your classifications are up to date in Jaggaer so that we know all the goods and/or services you provide. This helps guide us when searching for relevant suppliers.

5. You deliver the goods or service

If you are selected to deliver the goods or service, we will get in touch and send you a purchase order.

It is now time for you to deliver the work – see our contract conditions for more information about working with us.

6. Get paid

Once you have completed the work, you will need to send us an invoice.

Why do we use Jaggaer?

We often require contractors and consultants to provide particular works and professional services to support our in-house delivery teams.

Jaggaer allows contractors and consultants to express their interest in providing this support, while also helping us find the right suppliers to provide goods and services.

What should you do if you can’t access Jaggaer?

For issues accessing the Jaggaer portal, please contact Jaggaer’s helpdesk on 0800 069 863 or at help@bravosolution.co.uk.

What will happen after you have registered?

Once you have completed your registration, we will assess your information to confirm it meets our criteria. If the criteria are not met, we will email you requesting additional information.

Who is responsible for contractor or consultant costs?

You will be responsible for these costs. We will not be liable for the contractor or consultant costs of registering, or for any other costs associated with the tender process.
